かぎ針編み(Crochet)「お星さま Star Motif」
今日は進学、入園のときにとっても便利なアップリケのご紹介です
自分だけのアップリケは持ち物の目印にもなり
ママと離れて生活する時間に
ママの温もりを感じるハートフルなアイテムだと思うんですよね
私のお勧めは、
色と形を統一してあげることかなあ
どうやって使うの？
例えば、保育園で使うお手拭きタオル
売っているのは基本的にキャラクターアイテムや
素材があんまり良くないタオル
紐も統一的に同じ丸紐コード
面白みがなかったんですよ、当時
そこで、
手芸屋さんでスパンコール&ベルベットのリボンを買って
きれいな模様の上質ハンドタオルを買って
タオルにリボンを縫い付けて引っかけられるようにしました
これが手作り熱が再燃するきっかけだったんですよ
さすがに良いタオルだけあって
数年間毎日ローテーションで使っても大丈夫でした
今ならタオルとリボンの境にアップリケを付けてもう少し可愛く仕上げるなあ～
アップリケはというと
帽子や体操服に手作りアップリケは重宝しました
体操服バッグにはアップリケに名前を刺繍して、リボンをつけてぶら下げました
そんな感じで、自分だけのマークを決めて
統一して持ちもの全てに同じものをつけてあげてました
特に年齢が小さい頃は字も読めないので
目印が結構大切なんですよ
難しいものは編めなくても
これくらいの簡単なお星さまなら
編み物を普段しないママさんたちも編めると思うし
糸の色や素材を変えるだけでオリジナリティが上がるのでお勧めです
